The Risk of putting your phone in the sun

We don't always think about it, but we must be careful not to expose our phones to the sun. This can result in equipment defects.

You are on the terrace with friends and show you the latest upsurge of the day. After the funny, you put your phone on the table. A very harmless gesture, but it may make you cry, not laughter.

Our equipment is really sensitive to heat, and too much exposure to the sun can seriously damage our phones.

Screen downgrade

Most of the time, we put the phone on the screen. After all, it’s much easier to see notifications like us!

However, if we put the phone in the sun for such a long time, it may be because our screen started to react abnormally.

You may start to see small black spots or white spots on the screen that cannot withstand high temperatures. Or, the screen displays a bad animation or video and it is not impossible even if the touch screen cannot answer a more certain gesture.

Battery overheating

This is the worst heat resistant part of the phone. The tolerance threshold for each device is slightly different, but from one extreme to the other, if the phone is not in the right environment, the battery's battery may deteriorate.

Who said the damaged battery, so the autonomy to perform our favorite action with our mobile phone is less.

If the battery is completely burned, the replacement cost of the battery is not counted.

To make matters worse, if the phone battery is overheated, our cell phone battery will not explode. Well, this is very rare, but we will remember the famous Galaxy Note 7, which has this annoying habit...

Component overheating

There are batteries, but there are several components that can deteriorate under the outer casing of the phone.

Whether it's our camera, our antenna or our processor, all of these elements of our phone will deteriorate with heat.

So we can start to see signs of slowing down the phone and even realize that our phone response is serious. We don't need so many problems.

Tips to avoid overheating your phone
Not surprisingly, the first thing is obviously to avoid letting the phone drag in the sun, even in the winter on the edge of the window. Put it in your pocket or purse. It is more careful!

In extreme heat conditions, even if our phone is not exposed to the sun, the ambient temperature will still heat our phone. If possible, let it breathe and remove your protective case. Be careful not to escape!

Another thing is to shut down applications that run in the background or consume a lot of energy. This will interrupt the processor and may overheat.

Finally, if you don't use it, don't be afraid to lower the brightness of your phone or put your phone in flight mode. This will also reduce the risk of overheating.
